Since our earliest days in Georgetown County, we’ve been part of the stories that make this area unique. Mariah grew up in Historic Georgetown and has spent her entire adult life in Pawleys Island, while Hampton has seen it through her guidance and as a lifelong local himself. Together, we bring a perspective that can’t be taught — a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, the people, and the history that shape the South Strand. By knowing “what was” and how it has evolved to “what is,” we provide our clients with insights and understanding of the market they simply can’t find anywhere else.
